cinnamon-control-center software package provides utilities to configure the Cinnamon desktop, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cinnamon-control-center
cinnamon-control-center is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cinnamon-control-center package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cinnamon-control-center *
You will get with cinnamon-control-center package name, version, architecture and description in a table
